Extension methods on System.Int32 to allow for a more fluent way of specifying a System.DateTime.

Syntax

Example

Instead of

new DateTime(2011, 3, 10)

you can write 3.March(2011)

Or even

3.March(2011).At(09, 30)

	AddMicroseconds	Overloaded. Returns a new System.DateTime that adds the specified number of microseconds to the value of this instance.
	AddNanoseconds	Overloaded. Returns a new System.DateTime that adds the specified number of nanoseconds to the value of this instance.
	After	Returns a new System.DateTime value that is the current System.TimeSpan after the specified sourceDateTime.
	April	Returns a new System.DateTime value for the specified day and year in the month April.
	AsLocal	Returns a new System.DateTime value for the specified dateTime and time with the kind set to System.DateTimeKind.Local.

	WithOffset	Returns new System.DateTimeOffset that uses self as its datetime and offset as its offset.
