Creates a shape for use by a gauge in the form of a pie slice, a full circle, or a circle with a flat base as shown. Does not include the tick marks, labels, markers or the pointer. The shape is determined by range, in degrees, of the StartAngle and EndAngle. If the range is 90 degrees or less, it will be a pie slice. A range of 360 degrees is a full circle. A range between 90 and 360 is a circle with a flat base.
Gets of sets the end angle, in degrees, of the pie slice representing the gauge, or the end angle of the flat base in a circular gauge. Angle 0 is the top, 90 is the right, 180 is the bottom and 270 is the left.
Gets of sets the start angle, in degrees, of the pie slice representing the gauge, or the start angle of the base in a circular gauge. Angle 0 is the top, 90 is the right, 180 is the bottom and 270 is the left.
