    Represents a form which can be used to customize a report style.

    The CustomizeReportStyleForm is also available through the "New" and "Edit" button of the GenerateReportForm when it is created using the overload of the constructor that accepts a report style folder as a parameter.

    The CustomizeReportStyleForm does not support customizing the report styles of master/detail grids.
