When changing the item's creation date through this property, the physical item should be immediately modified if it exists. If it does not exist, the date should be cached and applied whenever this item is created.
Some types of items may not expose a creation date and time; in this case, DoHasCreationDateTime should return false to prevent DoCreationDateTime from being called.
Other types of items that do expose a creation date and time may not have the information available. In this case, System.DateTime.MinValue should be returned.
Refresh should be called before accessing this property, or the information returned could be outdated.
