     Gets or sets keys that must be pressed to pan the content by dragging it.

    Property Value

    All specified keys must be pressed in order for the operation to occur. If None is specified, the content will be dragged without any modifier keys. If the collection includes Blocked, the content cannot be dragged. The default value includes only the Ctrl key.
