    Initializes a new instance of the NotFilterExpression class.

    NotFilterExpression Constructor(FilterExpressionBase)Initializes a new instance of the NotFilterExpression class specifying its child filter expression.  
    NotFilterExpression Constructor()Initializes a new instance of the NotFilterExpression class. This constructor can only be used when declaring a NotFilterExpression in XAML.  
    Remarks
    Once the filter expression has been created, it is considered "frozen" and its values can no longer be modified.
