    Initializes a new instance of the NotFilterExpression class. This constructor can only be used when declaring a NotFilterExpression in XAML.

    Remarks
    Once the filter expression has been created, it is considered "frozen" and its values can no longer be modified. At least one filter expression must be provided otherwise an InvalidOperationException will be throw when the filter expression is queried.
