    Represents the POSIX file system file type.

    This enumeration supports a bitwise combination of its member values.

    CharacterDevice8192 Character device file (Octal 0020000).

    NamedPipe4096 Named pipe (FIFO) (Octal 0010000).
    RegularFile32768 Regular file (Octal 0100000).
    Socket49152 Socket (Octal 0140000).
    SymbolicLink40960 Symbolic link (Octal 0120000).
    TypeMask61440 Mask for file type (Octal 0170000).
    Unknown0Unknown file type. Some servers, like FreeFTPd, mark normal files as unknown.
    Remarks
    IN POSIX, everything is a file. So this enumeration covers directories, sockets, pipes, etc.
