Parameters

session

A reference to a FileSystemEventsSession object which is responsible for raising all events that occur during the process.

When a FileSystemItem object's properties, such as Attributes or CreationDateTime, are first accessed, a snapshot of the underlying physical item's properties should be taken. This snapshot should not be automatically updated whenever the physical item's properties change.

Refresh should re-read the information from the physical item and updates the snapshot.
