Property Value

When changing the item's access date through this property, the physical item should be immediately modified if it exists. If it does not exist, the date should be cached and applied whenever this item is created.

Some types of items may not expose a last access date and time; in this case, DoHasLastAccessDateTime should return false to prevent DoLastAccessDateTime from being called.

Other types of items that do expose a last access date and time may not have the information available. In this case, System.DateTime.MinValue should be returned.
