CanCount Property (DataSourceProvider)

Gets a value indicating whether the data-source provider can provide the item count.

value = instance.CanCount

Property Value

true if the data-source provider can provide the item count; false otherwise. By default, false.

Remarks

If the count is not known, CanCount should be set to false rather than returning a a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) or invalid value.
