Property Value

The ambient horizontal alignment is the alignment inherited from the cell's parent in the case where its own HorizontalAlignment property is not explicitly set.

If the value of the GridElement.IsHorizontalAlignmentAmbient property is true then both the AmbientHorizontalAlignment and HorizontalAlignment properties will return the same value.
