    An English description of an error code that caused the failure. Used only by the DialogMessages.Error dialog for both the extraction error and the ExecuteAfter error.

    Remarks

    If files were skipped during the extraction, the description will include a reason for why one file was skipped.

    For the ExecuteAfter error message, the error code will be the value returned by the Windows function GetLastError() after ShellExecuteEx() or CreateProcess() failed. The description will come from the output of the Windows function FormatMessage() using the FORMAT_MESSAGE_FROM_SYSTEM flag.
