    Property Value

    A boolean value indicating whether the folder exists.
    Remarks

    This property should be evaluated before calling a method that needs to access the underlying physical item, otherwise an exception should be raised from the method.

    The property should always reflect the physical item's existence.

    Xceed.FileSystem.FileSystemItem.Refresh does not need to be called before accessing this property.
