    Remarks

    When a Xceed.FileSystem.FileSystemItem object's properties, such as Attributes or CreationDateTime, are first accessed, a snapshot of the underlying physical item's properties should be taken. This snapshot should not be automatically updated whenever the physical item's properties change.

    Refresh should re-read the information from the physical item and updates the snapshot.

    Refresh should be called before accessing a property, or the information returned could be outdated.
