    Gets or sets if the Series is used as the primary Axis.

value = instance.UsePrimaryAxis

    Remarks

    When the value is true, the Axis is used as the primary Axis; when the value is false, it is used as the secondary Axis.

    Note, however, that some types of Charts cannot have a secondary Axis.
