IsEquivalent Method (CountFunction)

The statistical function to verify.
Retrieves a value indicating whether a statistical function is the equivalent of the current statistical function such that both statistical functions will return the same result for the same set of values.

Remarks
A new implementation for the IsEquivalent method has been provided for the CountFunction because of the addition of the AcceptNullValues property, which can affect the result of the statistical function.
