    Parameters

    group
    A CollectionViewGroup representing the master group whose state to query.

    Return Value

    true if the group is expanded; false otherwise.
    Remarks
    This method will return the actual state of the group regardless of its parent's state. For example, if the group is expanded but contained in a parent group that is collapsed, true will be returned.
