    The following code fills a combo box with the paper size for the selected printer index: 
    ArrayList arrComboItems = new ArrayList();
PaperSize paperSize = ChartControl.PrintManager.EnumeratePaperSizes(currentPrinter, arrComboItems);
 for (int i = 0; i < arrComboItems.Count; i++)
 {
