    Parameters

    toolbar
    The toolbar to add.
    rowIndex
    Index of row to add to. If this index is less than zero or bigger than the current row count a new row is created.

    This example shows how to add a new toolbar to a CommandBar instance and place it in a new row:

    Dim toolbar As ToolBar =  New ToolBar()
