    Dim instance As ToggleButton
Dim value As Nullable(Of Boolean)
 
instance.IsChecked = value
 
value = instance.IsChecked
    public Nullable<bool> IsChecked {get; set;}
    Remarks
    The value is true if the ToggleButton is checked, false if it is unchecked & null if it is in an indeterminate state.
