The value must be between 1 & 60.
The default value is 1, which means that a total of 60 Minutes will be available.
With a value of 2, each increment would equal to two Minutes, which means that the user could choose 00, 02, 04, 06,... up to 58, for a total of 30 available values in this column.
A value of 60 would keep the Minutes at 00 & would not allow any further increment of that value.
