    Gets or sets the System.IO.TextWriter which will trace the communications between the client-side and the FTP server.

    Property Value

    A reference to a System.IO.TextWriter which will trace the communications between the client-side and the FTP server. By default, a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) therefore no tracing is done.
    Remarks

    The FtpConnection object will not dispose/close the writer.

    Example
    The following example demonstrates how to write to a StreamWriter. 
    Dim ftp As New FtpConnection() ftp.TraceWriter = New StreamWriter( "d:\ftp.log" )
    FtpConnection ftp = new FtpConnection(); ftp.TraceWriter = new StreamWriter( @"d:\ftp.log" );
    Requirements

    Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
