    Remarks
    The default value is 0. The rotation is counter clockwise.
    Example
    The example below creates a vertical label 
    Dim label As ChartLabel =  New ChartLabel() 
label.Text = "Rotated label"
label.Text.Orientation = 90
ChartControl.Labels.Add(label)
    ChartLabel label = new ChartLabel();
label.Text = "Rotated label";
label.Text.Orientation = 90;
