This warning indicates that the zip file is damaged in some way, and that Xceed Zip has decided to use the information taken from the file or folder's local header. If no SkippingFile event occurs for this same file or folder, then that is a good sign, because Xceed Zip was able to successfully process the file. Otherwise, it is possible that this file cannot be recovered.
