    Parameters

    startRowId
    The Id for the Row that starts the RowRange.
    endRowId
    The Id for the Row that ends the RowRange.
    Remarks
    The first Row is located at 0 and the last one at 1048575.

var rowRange = worksheet.Rows[1, 3];
