Parameters

rowId

The Id of the Row to which the Annotation is attached.

columnId

The Id of the Column to which the Annotation is attached.

The nature of the Annotation can be identified with the AnnotationType property.

Note, however, that if the Annotation is a Comment, you must get it using the ThreadCommentCollection class to interact with it.
