    Gets or sets the angle of rotation.

    Remarks

    The rotation can be up to 90 degrees upward ( 90 ) or downward ( -90 ).

    The default value is 0.

    Note that the values include the Borders.

    Also note that when a value is set for this property, the value of the IndentLevel property will be ignored; both properties are mutually exclusive.
