    Executes the send flow.

    Remarks

    The send flow is as follows:

    • MessageSending is raised.
    • The message is added to the collection if the flow is not cancelled.
    • MessageSent is raised.
    • InputText is cleared.

    Note that this can be invoked via keyboard bindings or external button triggers.
