    Anchor Property (PopupContainer)
    In This Topic
    Gets or sets the View that will be used as the anchor point for the PopupContainer &, therefore, for its Popup too.
    Syntax
    'Declaration

    <NullableAttribute(2)>
    Public Property Anchor As View
    'Usage

    Dim instance As PopupContainer
    Dim value As View

    instance.Anchor = value

    value = instance.Anchor
    [Nullable(2)]
    public View Anchor {get; set;}
    Remarks

    When an Anchor is set, the HorizontalOptionsVerticalOptions properties will be used to position the PopupContainer in relation to said Anchor.

    For example, a PopupContainer which sets its Anchor on a Button & has its HorizontalOptionsVerticalOptions properties set to LayoutOptions.End will be positioned at the bottom right of the Button.

    Without any Anchor, the PopupContainer will use its parent or the main window as a virtual anchor to position itself, while still using the HorizontalOptionsVerticalOptions properties as guides for its positioning.
