    Parameters

    componentToValidate
    The input component to perform the evaluation on.

    Return Value

    true if the validation expression is well formatted and has all required operands and operators to be evaluated on the passed System.ComponentModel.Component; false otherwise.
    Remarks
    When overriding this method in a derived class, be sure to call the base class's method before your own code so that the base class's criteria can be evaluated first.

    Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
