Property Value

The ambient background color is the background color inherited from the ColumnManagerCell's parent in the case where its own ForeColor property is not explicitly set.

If the value of the GridElement.IsBackColorAmbient property is true then both the AmbientBackColor and BackColor properties will return the same value.
