Property Value

A new TarredFile will always be of type 0 (regular file).

When reading an existing archive, this field can have any of the following values: 0 (regular file), 1 (linked file), 2 (symbolic link), 3 (character special file), 4 (block special file), 6 (FIFO special file) and 7 (contiguous files).

Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
