There is one value per file being synchronized.
In the context of a conflict event, only two actions have meaning: If a file is to be processed normally in the synchronization, the value SynchronizationAction.Process is used. This value will be set for all files when the event is triggered. If a file is to be excluded from the synchronization from this point on, the value SynchronizationAction.None is set at the corresponding index in the array.
