    Parameters

    datetime
    exception
    A System.Exception object that contains information if an exception was thrown during formatting.

    Return Value

    A System.String that represents the timestamp of the specified date/time using all the TraceWriter timestamp option values. a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) if the formattting fails or the format string is empty.
