    Determines whether the inner stream supports reading AND the compressed stream supports data decompression.

    public override bool CanRead {get;}

    Property Value

    true if the stream supports reading/decompressing; false otherwise.true if the stream supports reading; otherwise, false.
    Remarks

    If the reading process to decompress the stream's data has already begun, CanWrite will always return false.
