    The Comment that will be inserted.

    The Comment that has been inserted & attached to the Paragraph.
    Exceptions
    ExceptionDescription
    InvalidOperationExceptionNote that an InvalidOperationException will be thrown if a Comment with the same ID already exists in the Paragraph.
