    public double VerticalOffset {get; set;}
    Remarks

    The default value is 0.

    Note that the value of this property is calculated in relation to the value of the VerticalOffsetAlignmentFrom property.

    Also note that the VerticalAlignment property must be set to None for this property to take effect.
