    Remarks
    This type of frame can come handy for Web or Win XP style applications. The user can control various properties of the image frame like fill effect, border, lighting effect, edge rounding etc. To activate the image frame you have to set the FrameType property of the background to FrameType.Image.
    Requirements

    Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
