    Remarks
    Note that the fill effect applied on the background discards the properties related to lighting and transparency.

    The following example modifies the fill effect applied on the background: 
    ChartControl.Background.FillEffect.SetGradient(GradientStyle.Horizontal, GradientVariant.Variant1, Color.White, Color.BlueViolet)
    ChartControl.Background.FillEffect.SetGradient(GradientStyle.Horizontal, GradientVariant.Variant1, Color.White, Color.BlueViolet);
