    Remarks
    The values of this property range from 2 to 16 and greater values produce a better blurring effect. The default value is 2.
    Example
    The following code enables jittering with 4 samples and pixel deviation 2. 
    ChartControl.Settings.EnableJittering = True
ChartControl.Settings.JitteringDeviation = 2
ChartControl.Settings.JitteringSteps = 4
    ChartControl.Settings.EnableJittering = true;
ChartControl.Settings.JitteringDeviation = 2;
