In This Topic
    EnableBeginEnd Property
    In This Topic
    Specifies whether to use the specified starting and ending values of the const line.
    Syntax
    'Declaration

    <CategoryAttribute("General")>
    <DescriptionAttribute("Specifies whether to use the specified starting and ending values of the const line")>
    <DefaultValueAttribute(False)>
    Public Property EnableBeginEnd As Boolean
    'Usage

    Dim instance As AxisConstLine
    Dim value As Boolean

    instance.EnableBeginEnd = value

    value = instance.EnableBeginEnd
    [Category("General")]
    [Description("Specifies whether to use the specified starting and ending values of the const line")]
    [DefaultValue(false)]
    public bool EnableBeginEnd {get; set;}
    Remarks
    For example - the const lines of the vertical axes are parallel to the horizontal axes and by default they have the length of the chart width. With the help of the Begin and End values the user can make a const line to spread only over a definite range of the categories axis.
    Example
    Display a horizontal const begining from value 5 and ending at value 15.
    Dim line As AxisConstLine = Chart.Axis(StandardAxis.PrimaryY).ConstLines.Add()
    line.Value = 12
    line.EnableBeginEnd = True
    line.BeginEndAxis = CType(StandardAxis.PrimaryX, Integer)
    line.BeginValue = 5
    line.EndValue = 15
    AxisConstLine line = Chart.Axis(StandardAxis.PrimaryY).ConstLines.Add();
    line.Value = 12;
    line.EnableBeginEnd = true;
    line.BeginEndAxis = (int)StandardAxis.PrimaryX;
    line.BeginValue = 5;
    line.EndValue = 15;
