Gives you access to the FillEffect object applied on the area.

Remarks
The FillEffect object accessible through this method specifies the filling of the entire area, if the FillMode property of the associated Appearance object is set to AppearanceFillMode.Series.
Example
The following code will display an area in green color. 
area.Appearance.FillMode = AppearanceFillMode.Series
area.AreaFillEffect.SetSolidColor(Color.Green)
area.Appearance.FillMode = AppearanceFillMode.Series;
area.AreaFillEffect.SetSolidColor(Color.Green);
