Registered users are permitted to distribute the following assemblies along with applications they develop: 

Xceed.Chart.Utilities.dll

Xceed.Chart.GraphicsCore.dll

Xceed.Chart.Graphics2D.dll

Xceed.Chart.GraphicsGL.dll

Xceed.Chart.UIControls.dll

Xceed.Chart.Standard.dll

Xceed.Chart.Core.dll

Xceed.Chart.dll

Xceed.Chart.DataManipulation.dll 

All of these DLLs must be distributed in order for Xceed Chart for WinForms to work. Distribution is royalty free, but you must ensure that you respect the distribution terms and conditions detailed in the Xceed Software License Agreement.
