La dernière version 2025v1 de Xceed : en phase avec .NET 9 et remplie de nouvelles fonctionnalités

Xceed s'engage toujours à maintenir ses outils à jour avec les dernières technologies, et cette version n'est pas différente. Avec la prise en charge de .NET 9 dans un grand nombre de nos bibliothèques, nous nous assurons que vous disposez de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour créer des applications modernes et fiables. Nous avons également ajouté plusieurs améliorations et fonctionnalités afin de rendre votre travail plus fluide et plus efficace.

 

Xceed is always committed to keeping our tools up to date with the latest technologies, and this release is no different. With support for .NET 9 rolled out across many of our libraries, we’re making sure you have everything you need to build modern and reliable applications. Along the way, we’ve also added several improvements and features to make your work smoother and more efficient.

Here’s a quick overview of what’s new in this release:

Words for .NET 4.0: Enhanced Cross-Platform Support

The latest version of Xceed Words for .NET introduces full compatibility with .NET 9 and improves cross-platform support, including non-Windows environments.

A few handy features have been added, such as methods for multiple text replacements in one call, a new method for clearing out text between two tags, and improved security options for encrypting password-protected documents with different hashing algorithms. On top of that, this release includes 40 fixes and improvements, with significant attention given to enhancing PDF and HTML conversion processes.

Toolkit for Maui 2.0: New Controls and Optimizations

For those working with cross-platform applications, Toolkit for Maui 2.0 brings some helpful updates. It’s now fully compatible with .NET 9 and introduces several new controls, including TimeUpDown, DateUpDown, DatePicker, TimePicker, and DateTimePicker, making date and time management much more flexible.

Additionally, a customizable ComboBox control is now available, and we’ve optimized the Calendar control to improve loading times. This version also includes 31 bug fixes and improvements to further enhance the experience.

Workbooks for .NET 2.0: Better Spreadsheet Features

Xceed Workbooks for .NET 2.0 now supports .NET 9 and brings improved compatibility across platforms.

Some new features to highlight include over 50 commonly used formulas for Excel-like calculations, better data validation options for cells and ranges, and new methods for multiple text replacements in a single call. You can now also manage page layouts, including orientation and margins, directly through the API. With 20 bug fixes and improvements, this release helps you work smarter with spreadsheets.

Toolkit for WPF 4.7: More Control Customization

For WPF developers, Toolkit for WPF 4.7 includes support for .NET 9 and brings some welcome usability improvements. Watermarks can now be added to MaskedTextBox and CheckComboBox controls, while caret brush colors can be customized for controls like DateTimePicker, TimePicker, and others.

Some tweaks to the ExtendedTabControl improve button visibility, and there are 20 additional fixes and updates to make working with the toolkit more seamless.

Fluent Assertions 8.0: A Few Notable Updates

Fluent Assertions, now under the Xceed Community License, also sees some changes in version 8.0. Support has been added for NUnit4 and TUnit frameworks, along with new assertions like BeNaN and NotBeNaN. Over 65 fixes and updates make the library easier to use for testing, while a few older platforms are no longer supported.

Additional Highlights

  • DataGrid for WPF 7.3: Includes a new WorkbooksExporter feature for exporting grids in Excel Workbook format (xlsx), plus 12 fixes for better performance.
  • SFTP for .NET 7.2: Adds timestamps to trace logs, new customization properties, and support for additional secure algorithms. It also implements RFC8308 for SSH protocol extension negotiation.
  • FTP for .NET 7.2: Similar updates as SFTP, including optional timestamps and new properties for deeper customization.
