Remarks
By using this class you can use as shortcut practically any keyboard combination, not only the predefined ones in the Windows.Forms.Shortcut enumeration.
Example
The following example creates Control+Shift+O shortcut and attaches it to an existing Command object:
Dim shortcut As Shortcut =  New Shortcut(Keys.O,Keys.Control Or Keys.Shift) 

nCommand1.Shortcut = shortcut
Shortcut shortcut = new Shortcut(Keys.O, Keys.Control | Keys.Shift);

nCommand1.Shortcut = shortcut;
