The ChartLabelCollection object represents the labels added to the chart. Labels are 2D texts that are displayed always on top of all other scene elements. The ChartLabelCollection enables you to add, edit and delete labels and also to add headers and footers. Headers and footers are normal labels that are positioned at a predefined position.
