Hoy, en nuestra primera entrega de \u201cun d\u00eda en la vida de<\/em>\", compartimos con ustedes un d\u00eda en la vida de una de nuestras apasionadas empleadas que enfrenta desaf\u00edos similares a los que tal vez t\u00fa tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1s enfrentando. Como madre de 2 ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os, empleada dedicada y miembro de familia devota, Roxanne comparte su d\u00eda en su nueva realidad.<\/p>\n

Cu\u00e1ntas semanas llevas en confinamiento?<\/em>
El \"confinamiento\" fue oficialmente anunciado el 13 de marzo aqu\u00ed en Canad\u00e1, y Xceed r\u00e1pidamente implement\u00f3 su pol\u00edtica de trabajo desde casa, as\u00ed que esto hace que lleve 7 semanas completas.<\/p>\n

C\u00f3mo ha cambiado tu rutina trabajar desde casa?<\/em>
En realidad, es dif\u00edcil tener una rutina! \"?\" Me encuentro perdida en el tiempo a lo largo del d\u00eda. No es solo el trabajo desde casa, es el hecho de que los ni\u00f1os est\u00e1n en casa, todo est\u00e1 cerrado y me encuentro teniendo que \"gestionar\" la casa. Algo que sol\u00eda encajar de manera natural, ahora requiere mucho m\u00e1s esfuerzo y es f\u00e1cil distraerse.  <\/p>\n

Familia, trabajo, \u00bfc\u00f3mo mantienes todo en equilibrio cuando est\u00e1s en casa todo el d\u00eda?<\/em>
Tengo la suerte de que mi pareja ha estado en casa tambi\u00e9n durante un tiempo, lo que me ha dado la oportunidad de trabajar casi a tiempo completo. Pero ahora \u00e9l va a regresar al trabajo. Eso significa que tendr\u00e9 a mis dos hijos peque\u00f1os en casa a tiempo completo al menos durante otros 3 meses, as\u00ed que necesitar\u00e9 un calendario diario bien planificado, jajaja.<\/p>\n

Cu\u00e1l es el mayor desaf\u00edo que enfrentas?<\/em>
Mantenerse positiva y recordar que despu\u00e9s de todo esto, hay luz al final del t\u00fanel\u2026<\/p>\n

Qu\u00e9 es lo que m\u00e1s extra\u00f1as de estar en el trabajo?<\/em>
La vista, la tranquilidad y escuchar m\u00fasica para adultos jiji.<\/p>\n

Cu\u00e1l es un consejo que te gustar\u00eda compartir?<\/em>
Si a\u00fan est\u00e1s trabajando durante todo esto (o no), definitivamente necesitas tomarte un tiempo para ti, dar un paseo solo o simplemente tener una videollamada con tus amigos, \u00a1realmente ayuda mucho!<\/p>\n
