2013 v3 - May 2013	An update to Xceed Extended WPF Toolkit Plus (now at v2.0) brings the total number of tools up to over 135. Among the new controls are a WPF chart and a WPF docking windows control. Several bugs have also been fixed in the Toolkit controls.

2013 v2 - March 2013	Version 4.5 of Xceed DataGrid for WPF features the addition of merged column headers for TableView and TableFlowView. This capability lets developers present data more clearly and logically in the datagrid, allowing them to organize columns under headers that span multiple columns. Grouped columns can be placed under additional, higher-level headers. For example, "NAME," "AGE," "ADDRESS" fields could be grouped together under a "Private Information" merged header. "CLIENT ID" and "NICKNAME" could be placed under a "Public Information" merged header. And both of these merged headers and their associated columns could be placed under a "Customer Information" header that spans all of these columns. Drag-and-drop and programmatic reordering of columns or grouped columns is supported. They can be moved from one header to another (on the same level), and also removed / added back. Column headers can be resized and support the column chooser. Bug fixes in Xceed DataGrid for WPF, Xceed Blendables for WPF, Xceed Professional Themes for WPF, Xceed DataGrid for Silverlight, Xceed Grid for .NET, Xceed Chart for .NET, and Xceed Docking Windows for .NET. 2013 v1 - January 2013	Xceed Extended WPF Toolkit has been updated to version 1.9. This new version features the addition of a new multi-column combo box: this control uses Xceed’s powerful WPF datagrid control under the hood, giving it a variety of advanced capabilities. The PropertyGrid now also supports multiple selection of objects. Office 2007 themes are now provided for the product’s controls. Finally, several bugs have been fixed. 2012 v5 - November 2012	Added Xceed SFTP for .NET. This product lets you incorporate robust file transfer/access/management that uses the SFTP protocol into any .NET / ASP.NET application (.NET 2.0 to .NET 4.5). Ideal for developers who need to deliver industry-standard security in applications, it uses the SSH file transfer protocol (SSH-2), which is distinct from the commonly used FTP or FTPS (FTP over SSL) protocols and addresses their shortcomings. It uses Xceed’s intuitive file and folder object model. Xceed Extended WPF Toolkit Plus has been updated to version 1.8. This version features improvements to the PropertyGrid control. It is now possible to specify the order in which categories appear when it is set to Categorized mode. It is also now possible to display custom strings for fields and enum values in, e.g., combo boxes. And the PropertyGrid can now be set to read-only for scenarios where you don’t want end-users to modify data. Four new numerical up-down controls have been added. 2012 v4 - September 2012	Adds the 30 WPF controls from Xceed Extended WPF Toolkit Plus, which provides essential controls that are not included in Microsoft's WPF and WPF Toolkit, such as BusyIndicator, various "UpDown" numerical controls, ColorPicker, DateTimePicker, MaskedTextBox, themable MessageBox, PropertyGrid, WatermarkTextBox, and much more. 2012 v3 - July 2012	Version 2.0 of Xceed DataGrid for Silverlight features major performance improvements, especially when using large grids (e.g., fullscreen). The editing API has been made more intuitive and has been enhanced, thanks to more detailed edit events and the support of standard Silverlight controls as editors (TextBox, TextBlock, Checkbox, Selector, ContentControl, DatePicker). Properties have been added that make it easier to customize columns. DataGridCheckBox, DataGridComboBox, DataGridTextBox, and DataGridNumericTextBox controls—which support the datagrid’s theme whether used inside or outside of the datagrid—have been added. 2011 v4 - October 2011	Version 1.4 of Xceed DataGrid for Silverlight features the addition of SharePoint support, thanks to a SharePoint Web Part that developers can use to integrate the control into SharePoint, providing an insertion row, editing and even delete (Del key) capabilities. A deferred vertical scrolling mode provides enhanced responsiveness when fluid scrolling is not desired. Also, a bonus WPF build of the product is now included for free with Xceed DataGrid for Silverlight, letting developers use the same datagrid with the same API in both Silverlight and WPF projects, and therefore in a wider range of software. Finally, several bug fixes are also provided. 2011 v2 - April 2011	Version 1.3 of Xceed DataGrid for Silverlight features the following improvements: Fixed group headers and footers have been added. These allow developers to incorporate sections of “must-see” information into each group, which remain visible at all times, including when the containing group is collapsed. Also, 14 statistical functions, which are natural candidates for display in the fixed group headers/footers, have been added. Blend support has been greatly improved to let designers take full advantage of the product. Custom data sources are now easier to implement, and support for SQL databases and remote lists has been added. Thanks to changes in the control’s API, many of the features equivalent to those found in the stock Silverlight control are much more easy to configure. Other new features include copy-paste to Excel, the addition of SelectedItem and SelectedItems properties for use with local data, improvements to item selection, the implementation of several properties present in our WPF datagrid, and easy localization and display of filter cell operators. Also, the detail information of groups (e.g., item count, list of items) is now available for group headers and footers (local data). A new theme (JetPack) has been added. Version 1.3 of Xceed Ultimate ListBox for Silverlight benefits from improvements to product's support of custom data sources, which are now easier to implement. Support for SQL databases and remote lists has also been added. Several of Xceed’s compression products (for the .NET, .NET CF, and Silverlight platforms) and our .NET FTP component have been updated. PPMd is now implemented in fully managed C#. This has allowed us to make several improvements in our compression products. Xceed Zip for .NET with Self-Extractor, Xceed Zip for .NET, and Xceed Real-Time Zip for .NET are now fully compatible with 64-bit Windows systems. The PPMd compression algorithm—previously only available in the .NET products—is now also available in Xceed Zip for .NET Compact Framework, Xceed Real-Time Zip for .NET CF, and Xceed Real-Time Zip for Silverlight. The default buffer size in Xceed’s FileSystem products has improved speed in certain situations. (Affects Xceed Zip for .NET, Xceed Zip for .NET with SFX, and Xceed FTP for .NET.) The built-in AES encryption methods available in .NET (3.5 and up) can now be used, which results in faster AES encryption.

2011 v1 - January 2011	Xceed DataGrid for Silverlight v1.2: Xceed has greatly improved the smooth-scrolling experience in version 1.2 of Xceed DataGrid for Silverlight. Specifically, scrolling with and without animations when using the scrollbar thumb is as smooth as the rest of datagrid’s UI now. Several bugfixes are also provided. The scrolling experience has similarly been improved in v1.2 of Xceed Ultimate ListBox for Silverlight. Version 4.2 of Xceed DataGrid for WPF (and Xceed 3D Views for WPF) features stunning performance improvements to the Cardflow™ 3D view. This version takes better advantage of the computer’s video card to help render card animation, providing a vastly smoother scrolling experience. The more cards there are, and the bigger they are, the more pronounced the improvements will be! And because this takes the computation burden off the computer’s CPU, the application’s performance can improve in general. Xceed Zip for .NET (SFX) v5.1/4.3 and Xceed Zip for .NET CF v4.3 provide compatibility, flexibility, and performance improvements. Specifically, Zip file sizes can be optimized and their creation made more efficient because developers can now decide whether folder entries should be written to the zip archive. Compatibility with Xceed Real-Time Zip for .NET / .NET CF / Silverlight is improved and flexibility is increased in general, as it is now possible to zip using the Deflate format without compression. Resource management has been improved in a way that will help programmers streamline their application logic during development, thanks to a property that returns the number of pending actions remaining to be done on an archive. The stream buffer size of the base file class is now configurable, increasing flexibility and potentially increasing performance based on factors such as the media involved. The Real-Time Zip products (.NET, .NET CF, and Silverlight) have also been updated: compatibility with older zip tools has been increased by making it the default behavior to produce Zip 2.0-compatible archives; this behavior can be changed by the developer, and the ZipWriter can generate uncompressed zip files that the product's ZipReader can read increasing flexibility (combines the Deflate format and no compression).

2010 v6 - December 2010	Xceed Ultimate ListBox for Silverlight is launched! It’s the perfect drop-in replacement for Silverlight’s standard listbox that behaves the way a listbox should! Automatic data retrieval engine gets currently visible and nearby records to make remote data access feel fast. Powerful grouping and a search box make data easier to handle. Xceed DataGrid for Silverlight v1.1 has the following improvements: Sticky group headers / footers, as well as sticky columns. Export to Excel (asynchronous/synchronous) using the xmlss format, compatible with Excel 2002 and up, as well as with the Microsoft Office Web Components Spreadsheet Component. 2010 v5 - November 2010	Xceed DataGrid for WPF version 4.1 features improved support of the MVVM architectural pattern. The ability to sort based on the results of statistical functions has also been added. Improvements have also been made to how the datagrid interacts with its items source, and styling cell content alignment for specific columns has been simplified.

2010 v4 - July 2010	Xceed DataGrid for Silverlight has been added to the suite. This Silverlight grid control is fast where others simply aren’t—with remote data—and provides a beautiful, completely fluid UI. The suite’s other Silverlight products (Xceed Real-Time Zip for Silverlight and Xceed Upload for Silverlight) are now built and fully compatible with Silverlight 4, as is the Silverlight datagrid; versions built for Silverlight 3 are also still available.

2010 v3 - May 2010	The .NET products are now compiled with .NET Framework 4 and Visual Studio 2010. Versions for .NET 3.5 and lower are still available. The .NET 4 build of Xceed Professional Themes for WPF now provides styles for Microsoft’s datagrid and datepicker controls! 2010 v1 - January 2010	Xceed DataGrid for WPF Professional Edition v3.6 features print preview capabilities (generated in the background). Multi-selection now works data virtualization. It also features a vibrant new Windows 7 theme and the theme used in Xceed Live Explorer. A new group navigation control in the TableflowTM view greatly increases the datagrid’s usability. HP’s QuickTest Professional (QTP) is now supported, allowing for automated UI testing. Scrolling speed has been improved when dealing with non-virtualized data sources (100,000 rows and up). Cells can now be selected (single, multiple, and extended modes), in addition to the standard row selection. As a result, end-users can select and copy blocks of cells like in Excel. 2008 v2 - February 2008	Xceed DataGrid for WPF updated to v2.0: Features the utmost in data-presentation flexibility through hierarchical master/detail grids. This means that each datarow—whether in the main grid or in any detail grid—can have an unlimited number of detail grids attached to it. Futhermore, detail grids can have “sibling” or “child” detail grids, or both, and also support headers and footers, grouping, sorting, and autofiltering, as well as custom detail relations and different styles for the data items contained in each same-level detail. Finally, custom grouping in grid and details is supported. New editors have been added to both the Professional Edition and the Express Edition. 2006 v5 - August 2006	Excel export capabilities added to Grid for .NET 3.2. Save grid data to XML spreadsheets. Specially formatted files are recognized as Excel files by Windows and will be opened automatically as such. Complete control over the appearance of the spreadsheets provided through the exporter's properties and events, as well as XMLSS attribute classes. The .NET products in this version of Xceed Ultimate Suite are the last versions compiled to run on both .NET Framework 1.1 and 2.0. While no new features will be made available for developers working with .NET 1.1, bug fixes for versions designed to work with .NET 1.1 will continue to be made available through Service Packs.
