Visual Studio 2012 XCeed Controls Integration

    Attachment: xceed.png

    Goodmorning,

yesterday i've bought the full version of xceed ultimate suite and now i've started using it for my job.

I have a simple question for you, why xceed controls don't show up in the toolbox in VS2012 like they did in VS2010?

I'd really need to have them separate by library like the old visual studio had :/

    Any idea, suggestion or solution?

I've attached how I see the toolbox in VS2010 (and how I would like to see it in VS2012).

     Thanks in advance,

    Enrico.

P.s: Another simple question, now that i've updated all the packages, may I uninstall the old ones (like  Xceed Extended WPF Toolkit plus 1.8) ?

Re: Visual Studio 2012 XCeed Controls Integration

    Hi Enrico,

It is true that the toolbox integration is missing in the current version. However, the components are installed and do work correctly with VS2012, you just do not see them in the toolbox yet.

The ability to integrate the tools to the VS2012 toolbar via the Ultimate Suite Installer is something that will be available in the next release (currently planned for the last week of March). Thank you for your patience.
